Order
All orders are considered complete only after the payment terms and conditions are met, or has been received by The Beauty BOX Company as confirmed by our Accounts Department. To confirm the orders, The Beauty BOX Company may contact Customers who have placed orders through the Website and ask the Customer a verification question. The Beauty BOX Company will confirm the order only after the verification question is answered by the Customer. Once the purchase of the item(s) is confirmed by the Customer, The Beauty BOX Company will arrange to pack and deliver the product to the Customer.
Product Availability
In view of timing differences, there is a possibility that the item ordered by the Customer might have been sold and might not be available in stock at that point of time. In such an event, The Beauty Box Company will call the Customer (if he/she has registered on the Website) and suggest an alternate product. In case the Customer chooses a different product, The Beauty Box Company shall confirm the new order. If the cost of the new selection is more expensive than the previous one, the Customer shall have to pay the differential amount. If the cost of the new selection is less expensive than the previous one, The Beauty Box Company shall refund the excess amount to the Customer in the manner specified below in this Terms of Use.

In the region, we work with The beauty Box Store department Company to provide you the quickest service and the best prices. All shipments made from approved Orders are shipped using a our own fleet.
Return and Exchange
We appreciate your business and we want you to be 100% satisfied with our merchandise. If you are unhappy with your order, get the merchandise exchanged/cancelled within 5 days. The exchange depends on the availability of the merchandise requested by you, In case if the requested merchandise is not available we will credit your bank account as per the refund policy.
We will accept the return or exchange from United Arab Emirates only.

The refund amount shall be deposited into the bank account of the Customer by The Beauty Box Company within ten (10-15) business days after the receipt of request for refund by the Customer has been approved.
